Return & Refund Policy

All products sold by Whispering Woods Designs are digital downloads. Because digital files are available immediately after purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or purchasing the wrong item.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. No physical products will be shipped.

Technical Issues

If you receive an incorrect or corrupted file, or experience difficulty accessing your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve the problem, including providing a corrected or replacement file when appropriate. Refunds will be considered if a verified problem with the digital product cannot be resolved.

Difficulty with personal printers, software, or printing settings does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.

Digital File Sharing

All purchased digital files are intended for use by the original purchaser in accordance with our product licensing terms. Sharing, reselling, distributing, or giving copies of purchased digital files to others is not permitted.

Downloading or using a digital file does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original artwork.
