Digital Products

All products currently sold by Whispering Woods Designs are digital downloads intended for personal use only, unless otherwise authorized through a separate commercial license.

Purchased digital files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, or offered to others, whether for free or for payment.

Commercial use of our artwork requires a separate commercial license. If you are interested in using our designs for products you intend to sell, please contact us to discuss licensing options and fees.

A commercial license permits only the specific uses described in that license. It does not automatically grant permission to resell, share, or redistribute the original digital artwork files.

Intellectual Property

The artwork and designs offered by Whispering Woods Designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to purchasers are reserved by Whispering Woods Designs or the applicable rights holders.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for your own creative projects, subject to the terms of that license. Purchase does not transfer copyright ownership.

Orders & Delivery

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a download link. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

Downloads are generally available immediately after payment is confirmed.

Refunds

Digital download purchases are generally final sale, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
